This cue set is absolutely stunning from start to finish. The case it comes in is the perfect size, soft on the inside to protect the cue from damage while carrying, and it’s very well-made.
The cue itself is gorgeous, with beautiful resin on the end that really stands out. It caught everyone's eye the first time I used it at my local pool hall, as most snooker cues are pretty plain when it comes to looks. The cue has a great weight to it, making it easy to take powerful shots as well as precise skill shots.
The shaft is equally impressive. The top half is veneered, which provides extra protection and helps prevent chipping if the cue is dropped or hit accidentally. The shaft is perfectly straight, and the ferrule and tip are applied flawlessly.
Extensions-
I was pleasantly surprised when I first picked up the 6-inch mini butt and discovered it was made of wood. Most extensions today are made of plastic, which can feel cheap, so this was a great bonus. The telescopic extension is also made of metal, not plastic, which really adds to the overall high-quality feel of this set. CUESOUL has truly mastered the art of creating a great-looking cue with all the right extras.
Accessories-
The joint protectors are small and fit snugly on the joints, protecting the cue, case, and joints from damage.
I was also impressed with the glove. I had one already before receiving this cue, and I didn’t expect to find a better one. When I bought my first pool glove, I was told by other buyers it would be small and cheap, but this one is by far the best glove I own. It fits my right hand perfectly (I have large hands), is very comfortable, and the seam doesn’t interfere with my bridge when I press my fingers down on the table.
Lastly, the cloth is excellent for cleaning both the cue and the cue ball. It does make it a bit tricky to close the case when it’s packed with everything, but if you fold it and roll it into a cylinder shape, it fits perfectly without anything sticking out. The case also has a little extra space in the cue slots, so you can add a couple of pieces of chalk, keeping everything you need in one place
