All our products are shipped and delivered by well-known companies across the UK such as DHL, FedEx, and Royal Mail.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Mon-Fri) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Typically, most orders are delivered within a transit period of 3 to 5 business days (Mon-Fri).

You can also get the latest status on your shipment by visiting our order tracking page at any time.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please email us at contact@cuecorner.co.uk.

The shipping times are calculated using business days, and delays may be caused by force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors out of our control.

If your order does not arrive in a timely manner or is held up in the carrier’s possession, please email us at contact@cuecorner.co.uk.

PLEASE NOTE : We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. CHANGES ON ORDERS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at contact@cuecorner.co.uk, since our order system is automated.
