Premium Carbon Pool Snooker Cue 1/2 Split With 10mm-13mm Tip

It was a shambles that I only just received it the day before Christmas, after ordering it 3 weeks before I really had to fight my corner to be able to get it on time, it states next day delivery I don’t call that customer service, you didn’t answer the phones didn’t reply to my emails & when contacted them on WhatsApp they finally got back to me hours it was only when I stated if I don’t get this on time then I will be taking it further that I got anywhere at all. Well I can assure you I will not be ordering from this company ever again I will be looking else where
