I thought that the Q was very good quality,, although I have still not used it,, and delivered quickly,,,on a negative note,,I ordered an extra Q tip with the Q,, and that did not arrive,, also the Q is advertised as having a 9mm tip... but this is incorrect,, the tip is actually a 9.5mm tip.... but all in all,,, feels like a really nice Q... I've only gave 4* because of the missing spare tip,, and incorrectly advertised with a 9mm tip
